Dear garden lovers, amateur garden
enthusiasts and professionals,
we would like take you on a
guided tour to the villa gardens
of the French and Italian Riviera.
Our first stop is Firenze and its
surroundings, where the influence
of the Medici family made
a remarkable impression on the
landscape. 
They created elegant
buildings, architecture and gardens
both within the town and its
vicinity. These offer interest for
all ages, all year around. One of
these attractions is the gardens
of the Villa di Castello, or L’Olmo,
the elm tree.
